What the House
makes.

Excellent chocolate begins long before there is chocolate. It begins in a relationship with the people who grow the cacao — in conversations at the farm about harvest, fermentation, and what excellence will require of both sides. The House has kept those relationships for twenty-five years, and everything it makes for a client rests on them. From that first decision to the moment a recipient opens the box, the same judgment holds. The client's part is to say what they mean. The House carries the rest.

Working to a Date

Some gifts are
needed sooner.

The House keeps a repertoire of finished pieces, ready to order. They can go as they are, or carry a card, a printed name, or a wrap in your colours, applied piece by piece — the shortest lead time the House offers.

How Far It Goes

From a printed name to a piece
that exists for one project.

Projects arrive at very different scales — a single object made once, a collection for a season, a monthly programme running a full year for a firm's most important clients. The House takes each of them the whole way.

I
A small blank card resting on a chocolate piece wrapped in deep brown paper

Personalised

An existing piece from the repertoire, carrying a printed name, a card, or a message. Individual naming applied piece by piece across the whole order.

II
A dark chocolate bar beside its parchment box carrying a blind-embossed mark

Branded

The piece and its packaging worked into your identity: your marks embossed or printed, your colours and materials, your typography, following your brand guidelines exactly.

III
A sculptural chocolate form beside the custom mould it was cast in

Designed

An original design created for the project. Custom moulds cut to a new form, packaging structure built for it, the chocolate itself formulated to suit. Made for you and made once.

IV
Several identical closed chocolate gift boxes lined up in a row

Programmed

A recurring calendar of gifting, designed, produced, packed, and delivered to each recipient. The House holds every stage.

V
A table set for a tasting with chocolate arranged in a row on a stone slab

Experienced

A tasting, an event, or an installation built around the chocolate. Designed and delivered in collaboration with FUHKED, the House's creative and experience partner.

The point of the work is the moment it is opened. Everything before that exists to make that moment land the way the client meant it to.

What arrives is yours.

Every element of the object can be worked to the client's intention — the mark, the colour, the form, the message, the schedule, and the way it arrives.

Marks

Your identity carried on the chocolate itself — pressed, embossed, or printed into the surface of the piece.

Colour

Board, paper, and fabric selected to your palette, so the object reads as yours before it is opened.

Form

A new shape cut as a custom mould, so the piece exists only for this project.

From Here

Four steps, and it is done.

The House carries the work. The client makes two decisions.

It arrives

Packed and delivered, in bulk or to each recipient.

Before You Ask

How many can you make?

A single object, or a hundred thousand units, held to the same standard at either end.

How long does it take?

A piece from the existing repertoire moves quickly. A fully bespoke seasonal programme runs weeks to months, set by the level of customisation.

Who handles the delivery?

The House does. Finished and packed, delivered in bulk or direct to each recipient.

Will anyone know it was us?

Only if you choose to say so. Projects are held in confidence, and nothing is shown or named without permission.

Begin

Tell us who it is for.

Share the occasion, the number, and the date. The House returns a direction, a timeline, and a price.
